Group Extended Bidding will be used for Parcel A & Parcel B. When bids are places in the last 5 minutes, bidding on both properties will extend for an additional 5 minutes even if only one of the parcels receives a bid.
This parcel includes the farmhouse and a number of outbuildings that were constructed for different needs. Per the documents we were furnished, we believe the home was completed in 1917.
