Inspection: Monday, July 29, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Bidding for both properties is subject to Group Extended Bidding. If a bid is received on 1 of the properties in the last 4 minutes of the auction, then bidding will be extended on both properties. Bidding for both properties will close at the same time.
Acceptable methods of payment for the earnest money deposit are: Cash (delivered in person to our office), certified funds, personal or company checks or wire transfer. Credit cards are not accepted for earnest money deposits. Bidder will have twenty-four (24) hours from the conclusion of the auction to return all documents along with the required earnest money deposit.
