These properties were acquired by the seller due to delinquent tax sale deed and will be transferred by Quitclaim Deed only using the most recent deed description. No title search has been performed by the seller, auctioneer or closing attorney. Title insurance will not be offered.

It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect the property and conduct own due diligence prior to bidding. Neither the Seller nor the Auctioneer make any representations as to suitability for buyer's intended use.

Group Extended Bidding: Group extended bidding applies to all of the properties in this auction. If bidding is extended on one property, then bidding will be extended on all properties in this auction for 3 minutes. Bidding will remain open until no additional bids are received on any of the properties during a three (3) minute period.  

Acceptable methods of payment for the earnest money deposit are: Cash (delivered in person to our office), certified funds, personal or company checks or wire transfer. Credit cards are not accepted for earnest money deposits. Bidder will have twenty-four (24) hours from the conclusion of the auction to return all documents along with the required earnest money deposit.
