IMPORTANT NOTE - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING: 

Staggered Closing: This auction has a staggered closing. Items will close in 5 minute increments. The first item will close at 12:00 PM, the second at 12:05 PM, third at 12:10 PM, and so on until all items are closed.

Extended Bidding: This auction has extended bidding. The closing time of an item is automatically extended 5 minutes whenever a bid is placed in the last 5 minutes of the item's closing time. The bidding for the itme will close when a period of 5 minutes has expired without an additional bid.

Acceptable methods of payment for the earnest money deposit are: Cash (delivered in person to our office), certified funds, personal or company checks or wire transfer. Credit cards are not accepted for earnest money deposits. Bidder will have twenty-four (24) hours from the conclusion of the auction to return all documents along with the required earnest money deposit.
