IMPORTANT NOTE - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING: 

Staggered Closing: This auction has a staggered closing. Items will close in 5 minute increments. The first item will close at 1:00 PM, the second at 1:05 PM, third at 1:10 PM, and so on until all items are closed.

Extended Bidding: This auction has extended bidding. The closing time of an item is automatically extended 5 minutes whenever a bid is placed in the last 5 minutes of the item's closing time. The bidding for the itme will close when a period of 5 minutes has expred without an additional bid.

Item 1 is a mortgage only. All other properties (Items 2-37) in this auction have Contract for Deed buyers in place. Be sure to read the terms and conditions and Contract for Deed for details about each property.

You are purchasing these properties subject to the Contract for Deed buyers. The balances for each will be listed on the bidding page. Balances will be updated as payments are received.

If you are the winning bidder, you will receive a deed for the property at closing (except for the mortgage, which will be assigned) and the Contract for Deed will be assigned to you. After closing, the Contract for Deed buyers will begin making their monthly payments to you.

Acceptable methods of payment for the earnest money deposit are: Cash (delivered in person to our office), certified funds, personal or company checks or wire transfer. Credit cards are not accepted for earnest money deposits. Bidder will have twenty-four (24) hours from the conclusion of the auction to return all documents along with the required earnest money deposit.
