By bidding in this auction, you agree that you have read and understand the terms and conditions in the Contract Package.

Staggered Closing: Items will close in increments of 1 item every 10 minutes. The first lot will close at 11:00 PM. The next lot will close at 11:10 PM, etc.

Extended Bidding: An item's closing time automatically extended to 4 minutes whenever a bid is placed in the last 4 minutes of the item’s closing time. The bidding for the item will close when a period of 4 minutes has expired without an additional bid.

Earnest Money Deposit: Credit cards are NOT accepted for earnest money deposits. Deposit is due within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction and may be made by wire transfer, certified funds, or cash.
